At Nostalgic Impressions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and heirloom purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return most products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original vintage-style packaging and protective cushioning to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse without damage.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery markings are covered.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
